เงื่อนไขการจอง (Booking Policy) 1.กรุณาตรวจสอบวันที่ เวลา โค้ช และรายละเอียดการจองก่อนยืนยัน 2.การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันจากระบบหรือแอดมิน 3.หากต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดการจอง กรุณาติดต่อแอดมินล่วงหน้า 4.สามารถเลื่อนวันเรียนได้ 1 ครั้งต่อการจอง โดยต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าและขึ้นอยู่กับตารางว่างของโค้ช 5.การเลื่อนวันเรียนต้องใช้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และไม่สามารถโอนไปยังบุคคลอื่นได้ 6.กรุณามาถึงสนามก่อนเวลาเรียน 10–15 นาที เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม 7.หากมาสาย เวลาเรียนจะสิ้นสุดตามเวลาที่จองไว้ และไม่สามารถเพิ่มเวลาเรียนได้ 8.ผู้เรียนควรแต่งกาย สวมใส่รองเท้ากีฬาและเตรียมอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมสำหรับการเรียน 9.TK Tennis Academy ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงตารางเรียนหรือโค้ชในกรณีจำเป็น 10.กรณีเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น สภาพอากาศหรือเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ ทาง TK Tennis Academy จะแจ้งและดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม
Booking Policy 1. Please review the date, time, coach, and booking details carefully before confirming your booking. 2. A booking is considered complete once it has been confirmed by the system or an administrator. 3. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact the administrator in advance. 4. Each booking may be rescheduled once, subject to advance notice and the coach’s availability. 5. Any rescheduled lesson must be used within the specified validity period and cannot be transferred to another person. 6. Please arrive at the court 10–15 minutes before your scheduled lesson to allow sufficient time for preparation. 7. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the lesson duration cannot be extended. 8. Students should wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes and bring any necessary equipment for the lesson. 9. TK Tennis Academy reserves the right to change the lesson schedule or assigned coach when necessary. 10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or other events beyond the Academy’s control, TK Tennis Academy will notify students and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
