OnCourt is a platform that connects tennis players with venues for booking courts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of OnCourt mobile apps, web apps, customer support interactions, and in-app promotions. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from our platform.

• Account data: Name, email, phone number, password, profile information, language preferences.
• Booking data: Court selections, dates, times, venue preferences, party size, booking history, waitlist status.
• Payment data: Masked card information, payment tokens, transaction IDs, billing details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, usage logs, cookies, analytics data, crash reports.
• Location data: Approximate location (with your permission) to show nearby venues.
• Communications: Messages with venues, feedback, reviews, ratings you submit.
• Optional data: Profile photo, play goals, notification preferences, marketing opt-ins.
• Sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please do not upload sensitive information.

• Provide service: Process bookings, facilitate payments, communicate with you and venues.
• Improve and personalize: Enhance the platform, recommend venues, customize your experience.
• Communicate with you: Send booking confirmations, updates, support responses.
• Safety and compliance: Detect fraud, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations.
• Marketing: Send promotional content (only with your consent; you can opt out anytime).

• Contract: To fulfill our service agreement with you (e.g., processing bookings).

We use simple automated processes for fraud checks, waitlist management, and recommendations. These do not produce significant legal effects. You can request human review of automated decisions by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by app notice or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
